The company is created and promoted by Senior and Experienced Training Professionals from the industry, who have in-depth understanding of people and organization development. Our expertise lies in shifting HR operations (as a routine process) to Transformational growth (as an output) of organisation and its employees.
Our Story
After spending over a decade in the learning & development industry our founders sensed a big vacuum in this hugely potential market of people’s professional growth. Identifying that need they founded En-KASH as a company which focused on customized learning solutions and concentrated solely on the development of people and organizations through a robust training framework.
Early stages of growth and our funding
After starting our journey on 1st Feb, 2012, we tried to sell our value proposition to the prospective clients, but most of them were skeptical to work with a newbie. Our relentless efforts took us 5 months to get our first assignment as a team building workshop for a gaming company. We got an opportunity to showcase our ability and the words of appreciation and recognition spread across. We started working with 10 more clients in the next few months and thereafter our customer base continued to multiply. We achieved a CAGR of 40% year on year for a period of 6 years and a growth of over 100% revenue in the last financial year.
Ravi have spend last 20 years of his professional career in Human Resources and Learning & Development. Before starting Enkash in 2012, he was head of training for Mahindra Auto Sector, Regional Head of training at Airtel for North and South of India & Performance Lead at Reliance Communication.
Where does the name En-KASH come from?
Learning is about 3 aspects, which are Knowledge, Attitude & Skills when we build them and practice over a period of time they become our Habits. Hence the name En-KASH comes from Enhancing – Knowledge, Attitude, Skills leading to Habits. Which signifies the work we do on a regular basis.
